Eclectic Escapades

A new(er) search engine has started up. GoodSearch allows you to search the web just as you would with Yahoo!, who just happens to power this search engine. The awesome part? You can pick a non-profit organization and 1¢ will go to that organization for each and every search you do. PLEASE check out this site.

Why am I so adamant? Because my low-income, at-risk early childhood center is one of the organization on that site. The school where my heart is, where we hug kids every day just to give them hope, where we are there when DCFS tells them they can no longer go home to mommy or daddy, where dedicated teachers/therapist/counselors work for very little in hopes of big changes in the lives of these children -- we're on GoodSearch and you can help.
